Flight Control is a multi-story facility that overlooks the airfield area of Outpost, and the upper floor behind this key offers both concentrated loot and a commanding view of the surrounding terrain. The locked room upstairs holds a cache of weapons and equipment consistent with the command-and-control theme of a flight operations center, rewarding runners who make the vertical climb. Flight Control is a naturally contested POI given its central position and proximity to Pinwheel, so clearing the building before committing to the key room upstairs is advisable. The Flight Control Key drops as a random world spawn across Outpost, and bringing it in from a stored vault key is the most reliable method for consistent access.
