Fractal Circuits appear in specific POIs and Enhanced-tier containers across the game's zones, making them a step above the freely-spawning Standard salvage tier. Sekiguchi runners will encounter a consistent demand for Fractal Circuits as they progress through the faction's upgrade tree, which rewards runners with access to a variety of Runner Cores.
