The Sekiguchi faction requires Neural Insulation for upper-tier upgrade nodes, representing the deep investment runners must make to unlock the faction's most powerful Runner Core rewards. As a Superior-tier material, Neural Insulation drops exclusively from UESC Incursion events, Lockdown Zones, and Superior Locked Rooms across Marathon's zones. It is a bottleneck material for advanced Sekiguchi progression and should be extracted whenever encountered.
