Introducing: Traxus

Introducing: Traxus is a CyberAcme Liaison contract that serves as the formal introduction to the Traxus faction and its corporate presence on Tau Ceti IV. ONI directs Runners to the Dire Marsh zone to conduct a covert salvage operation: infiltrate UESC-controlled facilities, hack into secured terminals to trigger a response, and intercept cargo intelligence that Traxus wants recovered. The contract captures Traxus's identity as a heavy industry and logistics corporation whose interest is in what the UESC is moving across the colony.

The contract requires three objectives completed in Dire Marsh. Runners must hack a UESC terminal at one of three locations: Intersection, Bio-Research, or Complex. Hacking the terminal triggers the arrival of a UESC Commander who must be defeated. Runners then recover the Shipping Manifest the Commander drops, which points to a specific stacked shipping container that must be scanned before it is transported. Completing all three objectives awards 270 Faction Reputation plus Credits, weapon attachments, and a Bully SMG, and permanently unlocks the Traxus faction for progression.
